The new BOSS Black Mens-Collection for Fall/Winter 2010/11 headlines as “Urban Glamour.” Dashing details and streamlined cuts lend the BOSS Black Menswear an intensely masculine look. Inspired by American styles of the 1940s and ‘50s, the collection focuses on classic tailoring and the finest fabrics.

Body-conscious double-breasted jackets pair with slim trousers and feature as a key theme again this season. Whether it’s the tux take with dark-red lapels and a matching pocket square, or the classic business suit in suave virgin wool: the double-breaster is an absolute must-have for the coming winter.

In the informal sportswear, the accent is on luxurious lambskin coats and cool biker jackets crafted of the finest lamb leather. Worn with bulky scarves and premium cashmere pullovers, they complete the perfect BOSS Black air of casual elegance.

The color palette is understated, extending from beige and brown tones through shades of gray to exclusive black. Injections of deep dark red add the accents.

This season the lines define an ultra-relaxed yet chic silhouette. The design is clean and classic, yet rich in sophisticated detail. Jackets and coats in the choicest leathers are paired with feminine day dresses orslim-cut boyfriend-style pants in fine virgin wool.

The strapless bandeau cocktail gown “Dahlina” and the “Cudette” coat are undisputed collection highlights. They come lavishly embroidered with rows and rows of pearls and paillettes – the ultimate guarantee of a glamorous entrance. A key look for winter 2010 is a wool tweed coat paired with relaxed yet elegant business trousers. An ultra-feminine silk blouse with fancy button loops completes the ensemble for a statement in poise and refinement.
