SCHUMACHER combines artisan couture with a modern lifestyle. Dorothee Schumacher founded the fashion label SCHUMACHER in 1989 with the philosophy of seeing women as multifaceted personalities. Her deep desire to design “favourite pieces” for the most sophisticated wardrobes in the world is inspired by the attentiveness to the needs of modern women. Dorothee Schumacher is a creative cosmopolitan, a businesswoman and a mother of four children. As the “heart of the company”, she conducts the heartbeat of the brand.
