FORM FOLLOWS LUXURY
FALL WINTER 2017 COLLECTION
A long, fluid silhouette materialises in the streamlined spaces of Fondazione Feltrinelli. The purity of the architecture and the surrounding environment reflects the warm minimalism of the Agnona collection.
Shapes follow gestures.
Slits and asymmetries let generous volumes sold to the body as it moves.
A play of color, volume and texture.
A tension of opposites electrifies the rarefied ambience.
Pureness is lit with a raw touch.
Precision is juxtaposed with a hint of the wild.
Smooth textures alternate with textured surfaces.
Coats have a roomy ease. Tailored pieces and dresses draw an elongated line. Sportswear adds a nonchalant subtext.
Layering provides a nomadic feel.
Boots have a commanding presence.
An impalpable trail of paisley.
Leather trims, fur details and passementerie trace gently exact contours.
The color palette is an organic amalgamation of notes of camel, taupe, burnt orange, amethyst, bordeaux, ruse with touches of navy and indigo.
Materials are double-faced alpaca, alpaca check, double-faced felted cashmere, cashmere/wool denim, double wool sablé, graphic wool tweed, double cashmere jersey, perle stich camel hair knits, gradient knitted mohair and patched shearling.
Ease, as the essence of luxury.
