DOMREBEL is a fashion & graphic art company rooted in the idea that more can be done with less.
The world has less and less resources; we speak on behalf of a community that believes imagination is the new currency. The future belongs to those who can do more with less.
Restriction feeds creativity.
DOMREBEL's products are all crafted by hand and made in the city of Montréal, Canada, in the company's ateliers. Artworks are drawn by hand, while elaborate finishing and detailing is performed by a dedicated team of artisans that share the brand's passion for innovation and craftsmanship.
The brand was founded in 2003 with three hundred dollars in the basements of two 21-year-old university students, Justin Svatina and Don Nguyen, in the city of Montréal, Canada, as a way to create clothing for themselves and their friends. Today, the brand is sold in 31 countries at over 275 retailers.
The DOMREBEL designs are visually assertive and striking. The brand uses contemporary style and graphic artwork as vehicles for promoting its timeless message of "making something from nothing".
DOMREBEL has collaborated with numerous forward-thinking companies and dressed many actors, celebrities, athletes and performers since 2003. The brand was commissioned to dress U2 for their 360 World Tour, and have created stagewear for Rihanna, Jamie Foxx, Usher, Elton John and many others. The company has also collaborated with Cirque du Soleil, Moment Factory and Harvey Nichols.
