at first glance, the eye is driven towards dynamic graphics, fresh colours, and luxurious textiles. but, it is the second look that reveals the intimate experience of discovery unveiling magic details, hidden surprises and the narrative quality of each individual design.

each piece is like a poetic storyboard inspired by the philosophy ‘that everything you can think of is true...’. every narrative has it’s own ecology and follows it’s own rules. exotic plants and animal motives, filigree butterflies or striking fire flowers seem to arise from dream sceneries. each design is based on a hand-drawn illustration that is artfully and lovingly detailed.

le.sens accessories are hand made only from the highest quality fabrics from world leading italian mills. from the screen printing and sewing, to the pre-washing & twisting: each piece is individually made by hand in hamburg, germany.

le.sens has a strong focus on environmental sustainability. the fabrics are natural fibers, the colors used for printing are water based and contain no harmful solvents. le.sens practices a production of short ways and produces only on demand.
