The Couture line is inspired by Ophelias` German background combining traditional Bavarian design with timeless, elegant and season less fashion.

In her studio the designer Ophelia Blaimer fulfils each and every customer preference, starting from customized evening gowns to statement making jewelry made out of signed, vintage pieces, up to free-spirited wedding dresses, as far as stage costumes for actors, as well as the high society.

Ophelia travels the world, sourcing exclusive fabrics, interesting materials and vintage jewels to adorn her creations.



Premium silk chiffon, silk satin, brocade and organza are embroidered by hand with ornaments, borders, stitchery and jewels out of the various eras of the 20th century

to bring a bit of operatic enchantment and fantasy into our everyday lives.

“Dirndl Couture” – The traditional dress is newly defined:

In 2008 Ophelia launched the „Dirndl Couture“ line which includes dresses with both Bavarian and French influences, to establish the “dirndl dress” within the fashion world nationwide.



The highlight of the traditional dress collection is the possible combination and variation within the several pieces.



Dirndl dresses which are expeditiously turned into summer- or evening dresses,

by simply omitting the blouse and skirting and replacing it through a bra which is beset with tulle, bows or flowers.



And yet a new look is created – still traditional, but all the same timeless, season less and always sophisticated.



The dirndl dresses are equally impressive worn in the countryside, at the October festival, as well as dressed up for the urban jungle of the most dazzeling evening soirees.
