After a successful international career in the hotel and restaurant industry, I started taking more interest in health and wellness, noticing how everything we eat and put in our bodies affects us. As in the old adage “you are what you eat”, I became a believer of “let thy food be thy medicine”.

I went back to school and graduated with a degree in Science of Natural Health. Becoming a mother to a beautiful boy five years ago made me even more passionate about organic food and skincare. I realized what an enormous effect it has on our bodies, and how everything we do affects the environment and our planet.
