AUTUMN/WINTER 2014
KUYICHI welcomes the cold autumn/winter with hand knitted chunky cardigans and crew necks in organic wool, designed to cuddle up. New sustainable concepts are presented, such as the jackets of Italian herringbone of recycled wool, vegetable tanned leather biker jackets and shirts made from recycled denim.
Inspired by the classic British styling of men during the twenties and the thirties. The everyday man will elevate to a more tailored level. Skinny jeans, contemporary twist.
The women’s collection is inspired by the street style of the nineties, when Nirvana was the band of all times. Smart grunge, heritage work wear and rock ‘n roll revolved into a contemporary style. It’s all about mixing and layering, from skinny jeans and voluminous tops to sophisticated and slouchy silhouettes. Finally a rough, yet feminine look is presented.
The denim line has a varied choice of washes for both men and women. The base colours differ from black, to cobalt blue, mid blue and greenish blue to the indigo colour. The newest wash has denim blue fabric as a base and is over dyed in fig colour with a black coming through. Organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled pet polyester and natural indigo are essentials of the collection.
Additionally we will present for the very first time ! A 100% recycled denim, made from 70% recycled cotton mixed with 30% recycled polyester with a beautiful red selvedge lining.
